Our Story

At Brillianaire, we want to spread the wonder of self-discovery. Every individual is unique, and with our reports, individuals can delve deeper into their innate selves. Parents can gain a deeper understanding of their children, and employers can learn more about their employees. Ovidia Ong (Founder) and Irene Ong (Co-founder) hope that with Brillianaire, they will be able to help and enhance the lives of educators, parents, children and individuals in society through spreading the wonders of self-discovery.

Brillianaire was officially founded in 2019, and has since went on to grow exponentially, gaining partners in preschools locally and overseas, and enrichment and tuition centers. Brillianaire has also been part of numerous events, spreading awareness of our reports and helping parents, educators and individuals. Moving forward, Brillianaire hopes to continue down this path, and leave a greater impact on the people of our society.

Ovidia Ong

Ovidia Ong is the founder of Brillianaire, with over 10 years of experience as a consultant for parents, educators and students. With her experience and certification as a brain coach, she empowers individuals, families, preschools, and corporate teams to unlock their potential through innovative programmes that enhance learning and well-being. Championing the value of life-long learning and character building skills, since founding Brillianaire in 2019, she has expanded its reach through valuable partnerships, inspiring a community where self-discovery is accessible to all and enriching the lives of educators, parents, children and individuals alike.

Irene Ong

Irene Ong is the co-founder of Brillianaire, dedicated to empowering individuals through self-discovery, personal growth, and financial literacy. With a strong foundation in financial services and a passion for education, she leverages innovative tools to help individuals unlock their potential and build essential skills. Under her leadership, Brillianaire has forged impactful collaborations with educational institutions, fostering personal growth and entrepreneurial success. Irene remains committed to inspiring meaningful development in both personal and professional spheres.
